Hello,
I have on older computer (XP) that is being spied and messed with. I know it, I need a new computer, but it is what I got.
Someone is getting into it. It might be one of my roommates or a neighbor. They don't log in, the logs show nothing. Avast says there is no virus' present. I think somebody has some kind of management software or router control software. Or maybe some kind of program that catches the router signal?
Whoever blocks me off the Netgear, changes it's settings and puts everybody on the slower speed.
How do I figure out how to block them.
