Cant Stop Targeted Scan

Hi Folks,

I have decided to try Avast One Free before I purchase the Premium version. I have started a targeted scan on 2 HDDs that are large and I want to stop the scan but when I look at the Avast window showing targeted scan its completely blank. If I go back one window to Virus Scans it is showing that the scan is running but on either window I can NOT stop the scan. In all other antivirus software that I have trialed you can stop any scans that are currently running. Can you please tell me how to stop it without having to shut down my PC or close Avast process with Task manger?

Same thing happened to me last week on Avast Free AV. It could just be something with large scans, as I tried scanning a small folder recently and it was fine.
