A few things I would mention:
1.  There isn't even an Avast program for Linux OS versions on desktops/laptops only a version for Business and that is paid for.
2.  From your screenshot, the "largest shareholder is Chinese multinational electronics conglomerate TCL Corporation". Some countries are shying away from Chinese Technologies, certainly in the USA.
3.  It is also based on "KaiOS is a mobile Linux distribution for keypad feature phones based on the Firefox OS open-source project."  This makes it more exotic, reducung the potential audience, the numbers that make it worthwhile even developing programs for it.

Well I don't work for Avast, but I rather think not, it is a business after all.

The expenditure/investment in a new product has to have a large audience to make it worth while.

As I said there is only a Linux version for Business and that is a paid product.  You only have to look at the existing product range, Avast for Windows/MAC (Linux for Business) and Avast for Android and Apple mobile phones.  Those are pretty big numbers making investment worthwhile.
