how to neutralize this

I been getting this notification for 2 weeks now...how do i address it? Even now my browser is closed but am getting it
WinXP ProSP3/ Core2Duo E8300/ 16GB Ram/ avast! Premire 20.3.2405 (Build 20.3.5200.561) / Chromium Edge Version 81.0.416.72 (Official build) (64-bit), Avast Cleanup ,avast! mobile security

Did you try and open that website that was flagged and blocked by AVG?
(Note this is the Avast forum not AVG forum, but is same company)

If not, maybe it is due to an extension in your MS Edge browser. Try clearing your browser cache and disabling your extensions and see if that helps. You can always put back your preferred extensions one-by-one afterwards.

As AVG and Avast are the same company and I believe the same product under the hood, the advice I gave above is still valid.
