Fail to synch my password

Hi,

I have installed avast in my new computer, activated avast password and wanted to turn on the synch feature so that it fetches the passwords that I have stored.
When I do this passage, it is a couple of days already that I get this error message (attached picture). I have uninstalled and re-installed avast many times with no success.
Anyone knows what the issue could be and how to fix it?

I have this problem too. So do you thing it is Avast problem?
I try 2 days to synchronized to my desktop about 10-15 times without effect.
