It virus or bug?

Hello!
I dont know what is
I dont download files ~1 week
And yesterday i open my browser and see it
I delete all extensions/cookies/cache and reset to factory settings browser
Browser last updating 2-3 days ago (i using it browser everyday and all ok but yesterday see it)

You can attach screenshots to your post in the forum, many won't connect to 3rd party sites with unknown content.

Avast flagged the site as Scam without further information. There is no specific malware warning.

If you have visited the site before and trust it, you can exclude it in Avast settings.
Or you can test the site on https://www.virustotal.com/ with more antivirus engines.
