Open Avenger and copy and paste all the text in the quote box to the box in avenger as set out in #3

You can  highlight all the text by holding down the left mouse button, starting with word drivers, and dragging the mouse toward the lower right corner of the box. When all the text is hightlighted, right click the text, click copy.

Open Avenger and get to the box as set out in the instructions, right click in that box and click paste.

Sorry if I'm explaining something you already know, but I wasn't sure what you didn't understand.
