It can only be what limited information that was posted, he isn't clairvoyant.

Even if Bob was reporting the topic as needing Avast input, it is drawing the issue to Avast attention.

It's than still up to Avast to respond. I don't work for Avast so I can only do
what limited access I have permits me to do.

So, when I posted 2 (two) items not detected by Avast! , which potentially could affect millions of users you did not feel like "reporting to Avast!

But when a single user said "AVAST NOT WORK" you jumped with reporting.

How would Avast (DIGITAL RIVER GMBH, handles payments) get your payment authority, to process the payment  ?

Did you have a 30 trial version of the Avast Product  ?

Refund request - https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_refund If you haven't got the Order ID, etc enter 00000000 and give as much information that you can to help identify it.
At the end of the trial period the payment would be actioned.
