Well you don't really have to do anything as the Web Shield has blocked the connection.
However, if you weren't intending to visit that site, you didn't initiate the connection in the Chrome browser, something has.
This is usually a new browser add-on/extension (have you recently added or modified one) or something in your browser cache or a cookie.
First try clearing your browser cache and cookies in Chrome and see if that resolves it.
