I keep getting the same type of message.  How do I prevent it ?  When I am in the midst of typing something, it temporarily locks the screen and I must start over.  It gives this message for every phising email.  How can I stop this message or fix it so I am notified but not prevented from continuing my work.

Some security pointers here - https://en.internet.nl/site/www.tehparadox.net/2364718/
Considered a medium security risk here - https://en.internet.nl/site/www.tehparadox.net/2364718/ - some hardening improvements suggested.

Also since one of  the scans mentions CloudFlare, I'm assuming you have it on a CloudFlare server, the IP address for that server could also be being used by multiple domains.

This is the more serious report - Potentially Suspicious Content Detected! - https://quttera.com/detailed_report/www.tehparadox.net - but also considered a Low Security Risk.  Edit: see attached image (click to expand) of the suspect file notification.

-  This may or may not be what Avast is alerting for - but you should certainly address this.
-  Reporting a Possible False Positive File or Website - https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php.
You should get a response in a day or two.
