I have notifications turned off yet the GUI has thing like you have outdated drivers. or hackers will see your IP  this is pushing and ,advertising their VPN

I do not want to know. I will deal with that. If these ads cannot be disabled I will be getting different AV

What Avast Program do you have  ?
The Free version has limited options for this Premium has more to disable promotions/offers.
