Features stopped working

Ransomware Shield, Network Inspector's auto scanning, and Real Site have stopped working on my Avast Premium Security install on iMac, OS 10.14.6. I have not installed anything else in several weeks. Attempt to resolve within Avast does nothing. I ran Disk Utility and Onyx, restarted, uninstalled Avast and re-installed, no help. How can I fix these?

On Avast's Core Shields page, messages for File Shield and Real Site say "We're sorry. Your Mac didn't load our extensions." For the Web Shield, a message says "We're sorry. There is some problem on our end. We'll fix it as soon as possible."

Good to hear about the Web Shield. For the File Shield and Real Site, how can I get these extensions to load? In initial troubleshooting, I restarted the computer, which would cause extensions to load. They must have been loaded yesterday, since there were no error messages. This trouble started this morning, without a restart.
