You can ask for a discount on sales (at) avast.com.
Remember that there is a free version for home users.

There is a 25% discount through the end of the month. However pricing is equal to the windows Version of avast! so i dont see the problem(its actually cheaper with the discount)?

The problem i found is 25% discount is if you purchase family pack. If i purchase fanmily pack, i install a licence, and the others 9 i eat with fish and chips, right?
I can buy in Media Market Kasperky AV, in case with cd and a t-shirt, with 35€(VAT included).
What can i say?
I like a lot AVAST, but is a bit expensive...

25% discount is on the Single License Version of the Mac edition. And there is A free version of the Linux edition

If you are referring to the Windows version there is also a free edition so how is it expensive?
