Could you please send us a message directly from your Android app? This will give us more information about the issue you are having.
1) Open Avast SecureLine VPN and go to Settings (the gear icon) ▸ Help ▸ Contact support.
2) In the form, please provide your name, email address, and the issue description (you can simply copy the one you posted here). Then, tap Send.
When you send the message, please let me know, and I will ask my colleagues to look into this and get back to you.
