A free user for a few years I upgraded to next level and paid via Paypal. I changed my mind and a refund was made but now I am ssid to be a Premium member and due to ay £100+ next year. I get free scans . I also get messsages saying I have no protetction.
What I want to do is to unsub entirely and start again.
