Cannot install existing Avast acct to new PC with Windows11/ Microsoft

Can anyone give advice on how to manage the permissions?  The apps download but won't install.

What errors are you getting as won't install doesn't give much information to work with.

What permissions are you talking about  ?
None should be required just to install Avast - what Avast Program are you trying to install I assume Avast Premium Security ?

What edition of windows 11 do you have?
Check whether the installation of applications other than the Microsoft Store is allowed. "Apps&Features" must be "Anywhere"
