PC Tools Firewall Plus is a good firewall I use it after I got vista and had a problem of delaying startup for some on us so I always use comodo and to me its better, you can set rules, just my opinion
It seems there is at least one person that has a problem with every software. No software is perfect. It seems more people have trouble with Comodo than any other firewall. Few have problems with PC Tools Firewall Plus. For some only PC Tools Firewall Plus works in Vista.
