Avast One not recognizing subscription
« on: August 25, 2023, 04:29:55 PM »
Greetings. My new Avast One subscription is not being recognized by the application (it displays it as a trial due to expire in a month) on my Windows 10 computer.

My Avast One subscription *is* recognized on the application on my Windows 11 laptop.

Both systems are logged into the same account and should be drawing the same information from Avast's account servers.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Avast One on the Windows 10 system twice with the same result: subscription information on the application doesn't match what it shows when I log into my account through a browser. My account doesn't even recognize that Avast One is installed on this system; the account only recognizes the Windows 11 laptop as having the application installed on it.

Is this some kind of update latency? Is there anything I can do to resolve this myself?

Oops, never mind. I guess it *was* some kind of latency, as it finally did update with the correct subscription information.
