Computer Moron (me) needs Prosearching help!!

Hi all,

I'm computer illiterate  :'(, but am trying my best to get rid of this Prosearching curse by trying to follow previous postings on this forum...unfortunately I think I need personalised help... :'(

Have run Adware, Spybot and ie-Spyed, but Prosearching still has me in its vice like grip...could you help??

My HijackThis list thing (sorry - clueless I tell ya ) is below and would be most appreciative of any help

BTW: I notice "prosearching" mentioned in this HijackThis list below...if a similar probelm comes back, should I simply delete/fix the offending lines using HiJackThis?
