I activated the vpn for Windows and installed the bluestack software.
When I tried to launch an app by blustack I get a message that there is a connectivity problem error number 429. Everything I did and tried to find in the settings does not help. Does the vpn harm the connectivity?

I don't know if you've tried any of this.

Thank you very much for your help. The article was very helpful. How simple--just allow tcp/ip to work automatically.
By the way, this applies to the whole world and not just to the US.
bless you
