Can not cancel subscription

I bought subscription but, in your website in section subscription i can not see any subs. So i can not cancel it. What i can do?

Tes. I´m wondering this too. I have no subs and yet I get billed for it? That´s robbery..

Hi @stepansury and @Christer11, sorry about the trouble!

This may happen when the subscription is purchased for a different email address than your Avast Account email address. You might be able to see the respective email address if you open the details of the respective subscription in the UI.

However, if the subscription is activated via an activation code, the email may not be listed.

I recommend that you get in touch with our support via the following website: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/contact/sales_other_general
If you don't know your order ID, you can enter a couple of zeros in the web form.
