Vivaldi and Viber

Hello I'm new user of avast premium security with windows 11. From the moment I install avast I have problems with vivaldi browser and viber. I can't use vivaldi because it can't connect to internet, it is ok with firewall and apps in avast settings. I uninstall vivaldi and install it again and again and I have the same problem. Mozilla, brave, edge no problems. Only vivaldi. I uncheck security DNS fron the vivaldi settings, nothing again. When I disable avast in real protection works ok
What can I do?
Problem exist and with viber. I can't see or sent photos from my pc viber. I uninstall it and install it again and it open too tooo slowly and after 1-3 attempts.

What can I do with this?

I have the paid version and I do it, the proposal of vivaldi forum, and the problem continuous. And I have problem with viber also. In firewall it all wright
