How to remove devices from the device list?

Hi, we are unable to remove devices from the device list.
we only can klick uninstall . But this will not work! It is also not working for devices wich are not online since a long time.
Have anyone an idea how to cleanup the device list?

Infratech Solutions:
You have to go to the device list, and select the device you can remove.
On the menu "More", select "Remove and uninstall" (picture 1).
The device will change the status to "Uninstalling" (picture 2).
If you online the device, the device will uninstall Avast and it will disapear from the device list.
If the device is not going to be online for the uninstall task, you have to go to the menu "more" and select "Remove" (picture 3).

this is what we have done but on remove again a window appears with "deinstallation and remove" so we dont pressed it again.
Now the devices are deleted.
