Win64:Evo-gen[Trj] Trojan Horse? Updating Tempest Browser Blocked by Avast

I am using the Tempest browser (Chrome based) for https://www.newslive.com/business/fox-business-network-fbn.html . But when I go there it says I need to update Chrome to view content, with a link to https://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/chrome/. So when I click on the Update Link, Avast blocks it to Quarantine because of "Win64:Evo-gen[Trj]", a "Trojan Horse".

Is this a true Trojan Horse?

It looks like it's on "www.google.com" so shouldn't this be a legitimate program?
