What VPN  ?

Avast SecureLine VPN
I can't connect to any points(National Sites), I had changed the smart mode ,Not responding
Is the avast VPN server offonline? I am from china ,any people like me?

Sorry, I didn't check the sub-forum you were posting in.

I just wonder if this might be VPN blocking in China.

A quick search reveals this:
https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=are+VPNs+blocked+in+China

I'm not 100% sure but I believe that the service isn't available in mainland China.

EDIT:
Where does that leave the user, if they can't use it in mainland China, should we be selling it in China and or can the user get a refund  ?
But I'm sure they would rather be able to use Avast Secureline VPN.
