Aside what Pondus has said. I'm not sure if you take up the Premium trial you have to create a payment mandate which will be actioned at the end of the trial.

So you would have to cancel that.
-  Cancelling automatic renewal of the Avast subscription - See https://support.avast.com/en-en/article/35.
-  Switch back to Avast Free Antivirus - https://support.avast.com/en-en/article/12/#idt_020.

<snip image>

You shouldn't have to, if it has been cancelled. Your image is indicating that you had Avast Premium Security (Multi-Device).  That said, if you were on the trial version I don't know if that would have been setup.  Ordinarily at the end of the trial an automatic payment would have been actioned, if not that would appear you cancelled that.  But not the trial, which may why this is bugging you.

Did you uninstall it from all other installations/devices  ?
I just wonder if it were installed elsewhere that could be why you are getting this reinstallation issue.

If you right click the Avast tray icon and select Registration Info what does that say  ?

See https://support.avast.com/en-gb/article/unsubscribe-faq/#pc - the How can I cancel my Avast subscription? option.

I did something like this all the time. Like sub and unsub before they're charge me. Every time, It don't have problem except this time.

This might be a curse for someone that like free stuff right? T_T

And the email already said that I was successfully unsub.

and when I try to renew. I can't renew it too. They said, I'm offline but I don't @_@

If you like free stuff just use Avast Free, I have been using it for 20 years and all of my systems are malware free.

Perhaps Avast have got wise to trying to circumvent payment :)

Log on to your Avast account id.avast.com, My Subscriptions > delete any reference to Avast Premium Subscriptions.

I like to try the new stuff too. I mean, I used to purchased thier product time to time and since then they keep recommend new stuff to me and I keep try it and no problem. it's just this time that make a lot of problem to me.

Now I think I have to contact Avast CS for real because Avast keep try to get back to free Avast and tell me to restart computer and when I restart my computer. it's back to premium avast. and try to back to free avast again. it repeat this more than 10 times now haha.

I don't want to talk to Avast CS at all. they will try to sell product to me and I don't like to say no to them. T_T

If you haven't got a license of course it isn't unrealistic that they are trying to get you back to free.

Did you do as I suggested ?
"Log on to your Avast account id.avast.com, My Subscriptions > delete any reference to Avast Premium Subscriptions."

Because, if you still have that subscription listed than it is going to raise issues in regard to expired subscription.
As well as what is mentioned in an image "Active in 1 of 10 devices in the last 30 days" so if you have it installed on another device (mobile, etc.) you would need to remove that (if you haven't already done that) and drop back to the free version.

I haven't mentioned talking to Avast CS in any reply and none of the options require that.

I only use one in my computer never use anywhere else at all and they show active in 1 of 10 devieces mean my computer that I can't get it off and I was unstalled it many many time (don't see any option to drop back) and try to install the free one and they keep get auto back to Primium one everytime. That is the real problem that I mention becuase they try to auto back to free again  then get me to restart computer and when I do auto back to premium again and repeat this process more than 10 times now that why I want to contact CS myself because this is get it out of hand now. it's effect my computer like a virus. and I used to contact them before. they're nice just don't want to disappoint them when I don't buy thier product that's all

Now I was uninstall it all and go to Avast one instead. doesn't like UI much but when I have time I will contact CS later to fix all the problem again

Thank you for your time so much.
