My Avast Free has become slightly annoying lately. From time to time when I click to open, all I get is a black rectangular screen with a spinning circle that goes on and on (and on!). Trouble is then I can't stop it, and I've no option but to turn off the entire computer and restart, when so far it has vanished and Avast loads at the next attempt. Anyone know what's going on?
