Help files for wrong product
« on: November 05, 2023, 03:25:40 PM »
Avast Premium Security Win10 Desktop PC
During my struggles with Web Shield, I found that all the help files referred to something called "Avast One" (?), even when accessed from the user interface of my product.  The two products are clearly different, and decidedly unhelpful for my version. I have now managed to dodge all the traps and diversions and cancel my automatic renewal payment, or so they say - time will tell.

Avast One is a different product line, the UI is different as are the components, but there should be an FAQ for both products.

Thanks, that does apply to my product, but naturally is no help with "what do I do if Avast blocks port 80 without any explanation". See my other post on this travesty.
