Whilst I don't believe this entry would be an issue if you have fully uninstalled it either using the Program or Windows Uninstall function, it should be gone.
Have you done a system restart after this programs uninstall function ?
The folder you mention is in an Avast Protected area, so the Avast Self-Defence Module will prevent deletion/modification. Whilst it is possible to disable that, the entry you mention is more historical rather than active or an indication it is still present/active.
