My Bluehost Email cPanel is blocked with the attached message
"We've safely aborted connection on sites.prod.modules.unifiedlayer.com because it was infected with URL:Blacklist"
Because of this I am not able to access the cPanel in Bluehost unless I turn off Webshield.

Issue would seem to be with your login portal and not with Avast.  Contact Bluehost admin via email for resolution.
