Weeks ago I could run the Windows' own Disk Cleanup tool while browsing the web, reading eMails etc. without flaws and issues.

Now the Behaviour Shield (aswidsagent.exe) is extremely hogging the system, even so much that the mouse cursor lags and every other process is so slow that I even can watch the window of a started software build up element by element.

Is it so because the Behaviour Shield does not see the Disk Cleanup tool as being an approved system process and treating it as anything 3rd party?
