Site detected as a threat

Hello, our site is being reported by AVG as affected by URL:Scam
We've reported the issue in https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php
but we're seriously affected by this issue and we need a response ASAP

If it is only avast that blocks, that could well be an indication for it to be an FP,
or are other vendors also alerting the site as suspicious/malicious?

Just unblocking does not solve any underlying vulnerabilities, not implementing best policies etc.
Ignorance here is not bliss.
An insecure website, without someone alerting, may mean a far greater risk,
as it may be open to abuse.

Without making it active, e.g. (to avoid accidental exposure) just the domain name and no http, https, www, etc.

Better still attach an image to the topic of the Avast/AVG Alert window, with the Details option enabled. (if you have checked it using AVG).
