Yep, they just started a few minutes ago for me. Looks like the same for you. I can tell in your screen shot that you have a bunch that came in at the same time.

Also, why are yours showing as video files?

I believe mine is showing up as a video file, it must be because when I installed my video program I set it to read all the extensions, but I didn't know that the video program also reads the bin file. I don't even know how to fix it. Oh, I left it like that.
If you have a solution for this, tell me and I'll do it.  ;D

Interesting. I also use VLC player and don't have the .bin files showing as video files. Then again I just set VLC as the default video player from my Windows settings.

Only fix I can think of is uninstalling VLC and reinstalling it.

I will do this now, and if it gives a positive result, I will post the print. :)

Look here friend, it's back to normal.
I removed VLC, restart the computer to be able to do it successfully.
Now I'm going to install VLC and post how it turned out.

Well done.

By the way speaking of the streaming updates folder, one thing I have noticed is that if you have the current stream folder open, and a new streaming update comes in while the folder is still open, the .bin file that matches that update won't generate even though the update will still reflect on Avast's update screen. Not sure if that's just me, a weird glitch, or by design. Just mentioning that as I have noticed it in the past and noticed it again when I opened the folder just as a new stream update was meant to take place.

It's good to leave it well reported here, because if anyone has had the same problem, or the avast team can respond about it, we would be grateful.
