Renewed Subscription?!

Ok, so as of 25 mar 2023 I were billed by you guys for an account. I have asked for a refund.
But nothing has happened, I have not ordered this program and I have no interest in supporting
this kind of behaviour, I am merely now stating this here in the open space of internet to make sure that
I have proof about both that I have stopped any more of this billing nonsense and that I am declaring that
I want a refund!

Hoping to hear from you guys soon....

For assistance, I suggest getting in touch with the "avast support team" by emailing them your complaint.

I personally cancelled the renewal but there is no way to flush this program from my computer.
It seems  that I have to deal with it for many mounts...

all I want to do is cancel my renewal
So this is the gimmick to get customers not to cancel

Moi aussi j'ai été prélevé sur mon compte bancaire alors que j'ai annulé ma commande. Malgré ce prélèvement le service n'est pas assuré. Donc j'ai payé contre mon gré et en plus je n'ai rien.
C'est de l'arnac.
