After a vain attempt to take prosearching.com off my computer I can no longer download anything from the internet  because  "the file could not be read".   System Restore did not work.  What can I do so my computer can once again  read and download anti-spyware internet files (or anything else) I am running XP Home.

Go to prosearching.com, bottom of page, click help, then Faq

The uninstall software FAQ give link to an uninstall program that works.

This is the only way I could get rid of Prosearching. Neither, adaware, spybot, regmechanic, or hyjackthis worked
