All about avast4.ini file is just clicking 'Settings' in my signature.

But, as far I know, this setting is not ruled by avast4.ini file (not all of them are).

yes!i find it many time but no result! this option is very important for me,I want to set it quick.
for example
windows cmd
or
regedit
or
ini file
who can help me set it quick?

Maybe avast4.db file, maybe it's hardcoded into the providers engines...
Only the programmers could say so. I think regedit is not the way either.

You can't set it this option "extenally", only the usual way - from program GUI.
