Hacker ip address should blacklisted

The malware author is spreading malware on discord and other places for a while. Here is the his IP address with port: This hacker should be flagged at everywhere. I guess he is talking with ransomoware authors too. AbuseIPDB should blacklist him.

Given you have already reported this on VirusTotal all of those AVs would receive reports of it - however VT would generally transmit this info to AV vendors who contribute to VT. - this IP relates to ISP Andromeda Tv Digital Platform Isletmeciligi A.s..

Note your Username exceeds the maximum number of characters, screws up some formatting.

I don't know if Avast specifically blocks IP rather than URLs.

You can however report it -  Reporting a possible False Negative -
From the link select URL or File, complete the form and Submit.

Why haven't you then reported it here?


It is not their main IP.

Full of vulnerabilities, as you can see here: (Apache server related).
