Avast One Launching Window at Startup (Windows 10)

I'm fairly new to Avast, and I used Bitdefender for years, but Avast had some features that I liked, so I decided to pull the trigger and make the switch. Bitdefender also launched at startup, but I could disable it, so it would run in the background, but the window would not pop up every time I turned on my computer.

How do I make it so Avast stops launching their platform and opening the dang window (but runs in the background) at startup?

I'm confused by this With Bitdefender 'I could disable it, so it would run in the background'- essentially that isn't disabled, it would still be running.

That is essentially what an on-access antivirus scanner does

- Attaching Images to your post - When you Click the Reply button it opens a text window for you to post your comment (reply or post).
Click the Preview button, that shows what you have input and expands it to include 'Attachments and other options'. Click that it further expands, here you can attach images, etc. at the bottom of your post.

Sorry, I was trying my best to describe the dashboard that launches (see attachment). Whenever I first log into windows, either after a restart or boot up, the dashboard opens. Bitdefender also launched the dashboard, after a restart or initial boot up, but I could turn off the launching of the dashboard every time I turned on my computer and logged in, which was great.

I don't want to disable the service, which is covered in other forums and is fairly straightforward, but I don't see an option to prevent it from opening the dashboard when I first log into windows after re/booting my computer. I think it opens the dashboard during scans as well, which is annoying.

Basically, the only time I ever want to see the dashboard is when I decide to launch the application.

Whilst I don't use Avast One, I certainly wouldn't have expected the UI (User Interface) to open on Start Up. 

It doesn't happen on the Avast Antivirus Free for windows.

I notice that in your image you have 6 messages, I have no idea what they might be or if that might be triggering this.
If this were a regular occurrence I would have expected to see many more posts about it.

I see most of the topics linked to are more than a year old.  Several are three or four years old. 

What is the version number of your Avast One program?
