I'm very angry. Becuse I install the Avast Free. The serious problems happen in my computer.

Avast Free make the other anti-virus files to malware files.

Installing multiple on-access (active) antivirus programs are likely to cause conflicts.

By their nature AVs operate in a way that might look suspect to other AVs.

Why do you think Microsoft Windows disables the Windows Defender when you install a 3rd party antivirus, to avoid conflicts.

Most won't visit unknown 3rd party sites to view unknown content.
That is why we recommend attaching your screenshot to the post.

Recommendation is to choose what antivirus program you want to run and remove the others:  https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/11/#artTitle

Restart each time to fully uninstall each a/v program.

Scroll down to find uninstallers.  Note that even AVG, which is related to and a part of Avast portfolio, is recommended to uninstall if you choose to keep Avast.
