constant request for another subscription

I have bought a two year subscription which said it was premium.  I have put in the activation code. When I come to resolve issues when I run through all the scans it asks for more money to resolve them.  I am getting fed up with the fact I paid a sum of money and still can't seem to resolve the issues I am getting. It makes me want to cancel my subscription.How can this be resolved as I can't seem to email the company about my issues.
