Refund
« on: July 25, 2024, 10:12:37 AM »
Hello good people,

Sorry for disturbing you all here but I don't know where else to go. When I send an email to Avast support I get an auto-reply saying it's not currently working. When I try the phone call it always says there's way too much volume and I should try again later.
All of that wouldn't be a problem if I could see the subscription on the website so I can request a refund for it - but for some reason (and this has already happened with Avast in the past) I can see the subscription being active in my Avast software which is installed on the PC but when I got to my account on the website I can't see any subscriptions.

Sorry if I should have put this topic somewhere else I searched through the forum and couldn't find a better place but I am known to miss something obvious xD

For a business in the tech sector, they're just a marketing company posing as a web security company.  I've requested refunds, can figure out their BS user platform, subscriptions, and they don't reply and refused the refund.  I'll be going elsewhere after this subscription.  And cutting off my card at that time because this company is shady AF

Like you I also called the 1-855 number. It took about 20 minutes too reach a representative which seems a bit too long.
I explained who I was and that I was calling to help someone else.
The agent stated that there should have been an option to enter a chat which I could not find and that's now being looked into.
To help you, she asked that you please call the following # for assistance: 1-833-598-5239
Hope that helps solve your problem.
