running avast, now i need a good spyware program to go with it.. can someone tell me what will work best ,thanks

Paid: SUPERAntiSpyware Pro

Free: Spyware Terminator

If you go with ST, set scheduled scans to "never" and use SUPERAntiSpyware Free for on-demand scanning.
