Avast dans Dossier temps de Win10 bloque nettoyage

Cela fait des années que j’ utilise Avast Gratuit sans soucis
mais aujourd’hui un bug apparait
L’ utilitaire de nettoyage de Win10 et Win11 refuse de nettoyer à cause de la présence d’un dossier Avast dans le Dossier Temps de Win10 et de Win 11.
Si je désinstalle Avast de l'ordi, l’utilitaire fonctionne.
Si je réinstalle Avast ce dossier Avast réapparait aussitôt dans le Dossier Temps de Win10 et de Win 11.
Que vient-il faire dans le Dossier Temps de Win10 et de Win 11 et pourquoi ?

An antivirus by its nature operates at a low level - and in Avasts case it also has a Self Defence module to prevent applications acting against its installation/processes.

I have no idea where this "Avast dans le Dossier Temps de Win10 et de Win 11" I think this is something lost in the translation app I'm using in Firefox.  So a cleaning app is likely to be stopped from cleaning Avast Locations, You may be better adding that Avast location to the apps exceptions (not to clean).

Je n'ai aucune idée d'où se trouve ce 'Avast dans le Dossier Temps de Win10 et de Win 11'. Je pense que c'est quelque chose de perdu dans l'application de traduction que j'utilise dans Firefox.  Ainsi, une application de nettoyage sera probablement empêchée de nettoyer les emplacements Avast. Vous feriez peut-être mieux d'ajouter cet emplacement Avast aux exceptions des applications (à ne pas nettoyer).

I think it's the temporary folder (windows/temp)
If that's it, as far as I'm concerned, the "_avast_" folders are not actually deleted with the cleaning tool (deletion of the temporary file), which is normal for antivirus files, as you say
That said, I don't get any error message from windows for this; I don't understand why "and" has it.

Si c'est ça, en ce qui me concerne, les dossiers "_avast_" ne sont effectivement pas supprimés avec l'outil de nettoyage (suppression du fichier temporaire), ce qui est normal pour les fichiers d'un antivirus, comme tu le dis.
Ceci dit, je n'ai pas de message d'erreur de windows pour cela; je ne comprends pas pourquoi "and" l'a.

OK - that makes it somewhat clearer
For me even trying to open this text file - C:\Windows\Temp\_avast_\unp_low\AvLock.txt - results in an error.  Attached image 1 and image 2 the folder location.

So it looks like there is some protection going on as it wouldn't even allow windows notepad to open it.

Yes, I too get this error when trying to open a file, but I assure you it's nothing new, I can't remember if I've ever been able to open it.
Well, when I want to open such a file, I make a copy and open it.
That said, avastlock.txt (0 kb) and other files are empty so it doesn't add anything to it.

On the other hand, if you try to open a log file >0 kb (e.g. in C:\ProgramDataAVAST Software\Avast\log), you get the error message but you can see what's inside by copying it

Anyway, to get back to the "and" problem, it's not quite the same because he says he gets an error when he uses the built-in windows cleaning tool.
As far as I'm concerned, if I use it, or if I use a third-party cleaning tool, I never get an error, even if the file isn't deleted for the security reasons you mentioned above.
