I have tried all the things I know of to remove this worm from my pc. Housecall tells me to end the processes  containing the infected files, but I don't know which. They don't seem to appear in my task manager.

What to do?

And another thing. I accidentally deleted this file that was infected:  
c:\windows\system32\audiocntl.exe

Anyway I can get it back or does it even matter. Don't know what it does.

Please make replies easy understandable...still learning

Just delete the file in windows safe mode, or use MSCONFIG to disable the Start of the file, make a restart and delete the file than.
