Windows Vista Service Pack 1 questions

Does anyone know if Vista SP1 will make it easier to configure Windows Firewall for outbound protection?  And does anyone know if UAC will be less annoying?  I couldn't find anywhere on the internet that either of these were addressed.

Yeah, I tried that, but I was hoping it would make rules for the built in firewall, I don't want to use a third party program.

I doubt the windows vista firewall will change much in SP1 as if it got to be too good/configurable the third party firewall makers would be screaming anti-trust, etc.
