I am a new avast user - 2 days. I did use Norton AV. I use Dantz Retrospect Express to backup my PC. Since I began using avast, my outlook.pst will not back up due to a Locked Range Conflict error from Retrospect Express - a file is open by another application or service, using a lock range preventing Retrospect Express from backing it up. The Outlook application is closed. Can anyone please help? Thanks - Jerry
