Does the Avast! 4 Server Edition use a "proxy" in it's design for virus scanning?

Umm not that i`m aware. what would you like to protect?

If your looking for a proxy solution look at avast! Net.purum. Its a web content scanner with its own caching proxy, also works on isa to.
