licence key help

my laptop went down and hp had to put in a new system board twice the last time they wiped my hard drive and now i am tring to get the porgrams back up to work i bought the pro version for my laptop and i kept the e-mail with the licence key i cut and pasted it to the reg. screen and now it it saying invalid licence number. may i ask what now?

Welcome to the forums.  You might start by making sure you don't have any extra spaces at the end of your license key.
