Settings For Updates?

As I'm getting things set up with this home edition 4.7 the new update comes
out. "But" there's a problem Houston I'm constantly being told I'm not hooked up to the Internet, that's not right I'm connected 24/7. Is there a proxy problem?
I just don't know what's next. Thanks in advance   :)

Please, post the last 200-250 lines of avast log: C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\DATA\log\Setup.log

You might also check these setting in avast. They should be the same except in picture 2 you should have the second box checked instead of the first one. Click the pictures to enlarge them.

Either way, you should post what Tech wants.
