No, you found it. It just doesn't like to be scanned. 0 byte files always make me suspicious.
Do you have access to the computer? It's rather difficult to help through a third party. Can your friend come here and continue?
I saw the Myway in the log. It one of the things that should be removed. Good suggestion, SAS, it will get rid of somethings, plus the cookies. But I think this is going to take tools with more power.
